Golden Milk

Ingredients:

-1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk

-2 tsp honey

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

-1/4 tsp turmeric

-1/8 tsp ground ginger

*optional add a pinch of black pepper


Directions:

-Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan

-Heat over medium heat until warmed

-Whisk briskly until the spices have been mixed. Do not let it boil.

-Pour into your favorite mug & ENJOY!
